Every session is shaped around you — what you're walking through, what you need, and where God is leading. It may include honest conversation, prayer, gentle scripture, and practical tools for calm and clarity.
Do I need to prepare or know exactly what to say?
Not at all. You can come just as you are. Part of my role is to help you find the words and gently guide the way forward.
Is this only for Christians?
My approach is faith-based and Christ-centered, but everyone is warmly welcome. There is no pressure — only grace, respect, and a safe space to be honest.
Are sessions virtual or in-person?
Sessions are offered virtually via video call, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.
