Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A few honest answers about what faith-based coaching is, who it’s for, and how to begin. If you don’t see your question here, you’re always welcome to reach out.

What happens in a coaching session?

Every session is shaped around you — what you’re walking through, what you need, and where God is leading. It may include honest conversation, prayer, gentle Scripture, and practical tools for calm and clarity.

Do I need to prepare or know exactly what to say?

Not at all. You can come just as you are. Part of my role is to help you find the words and gently guide the way forward.

Is this only for Christians?

My approach is faith-based and Christ-centered, but everyone is warmly welcome. There is no pressure — only grace, respect, and a safe space to be honest.

Are sessions virtual or in-person?

Sessions are offered virtually via video call, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.

How do I get started?

The gentlest first step is a free 20-minute discovery call. You can request a time on the Book a Session page, and we’ll prayerfully find the next step together.

How much do sessions cost?

The discovery call is free (about 20 minutes). One-on-one coaching sessions are $100 per hour. You’ll always know what to expect before you book.

Is coaching the same as therapy or counseling?

No. Faith-based coaching is supportive, encouragement-centered care — it is not therapy, medical care, or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for professional treatment. If you are facing a medical or mental-health condition, please also seek the care of a licensed professional.
