12 Uncomfortable Truths

12 Uncomfortable but Realistic Truths I have learned about Life:

1) Make your own decisions without seeking validation from others. If you don’t understand it, pray about it and seek the truth in the Bible. We as a collective are failing an open book test, it is time to seek the correct truths for ourselves.

2) Never blame your parents, they did the best they could to raise you based on life circumstances at the time. However, you do not have to take responsibility for their actions if they continue to make the same mistakes and treat you and others poorly now.

3) Really learn who Jesus is through the Bible, not through anyone else’s interpretation. It matters.

4) Health is the new form of Wealth. Now is the time to take care of your body, it affects everything through every stage in life. Take a personal responsibility to learn how your body works, and before you put anything into it, understand the consequences of how it will affect your entire body. It is time we understand how our reality works based on our health.

5) Never tell everyone everything, ever -Even with your family, maintain your privacy. Everyone has an agenda that has nothing to do with your goals and purpose in life. You have a mission…stick to it.

6) Stop being reactive to everything, and be proactive for your own beliefs. Be mature enough not to take anything personally and use discernment.

7) Don’t worry about what other people think of you, you have been given social media to fool you. Everyone has insecurities, so go live and do your thing, what other people think is none of your business (or theirs).

8) Take note of your addictions and stop making excuses and fix them. Your just fooling yourself. If you need help, ask for it and stop being ashamed. The people you think are shaming you aren’t, they are just waiting on you to ask for help.

9) Successful people are not lucky, they choose to dig in and work hard. What you see is years of hard work to figure things out after loss of time, money and energy to get in a rhythm. They have good advice, listen and take notes to apply if you want to figure it out too. Their Energy is HIGH!

10) Unkept promises are drugs that make you forget about your goals and passions. Invest in energy that delivers . Change your frequency, it will change your life. Find people that stretch your belief system to learn and understand energy and frequency to live in abundance that removes the enslavement of a system. Find the rhythm

11) The goal in a 9-5 Job is to learn how to master the frequency and energy flow of delivering the best version of You. If you want something different then you have to learn something different. Refer back to #10 – When your energy is invested properly, it changes your entire surroundings and makes others do the same. It has a ripple affect.

12) And last but not least, you are the product of the 5 people you surround yourself with, choose wisely because it affects all 11 above. If you want something different in life, you have to make different choices. Begin to put yourself in different surroundings, push those 5 people too, they are in your circle so if you want a different life, do the work. You always get what you always have if you keep doing what you always did. Want more, make the change. If you need to, Hire a coach to help you navigate with someone doesn’t care about your excuses and will push you even when you don’t want to be pushed.
