THE POWER OF CAPACITY

Most people think their capacity is set in stone, it is not.

Learning = once you dig in and learn you create new neural pathways that open your capacity to learn and do more, you open the door to capacity. Change your thoughts, change your life.

What we need to remember is that old ways and old ways of thinking may be at capacity and need to be updated, changed or trashed.

Old habits bring up new problems, or old ways of thinking can cause procrastination or fear and complaining stagnates the ability to progress because you are stuck in an agreement from the past or old way of thinking.
Stretching your thoughts to new ways of thinking, opens the door with new keys of information that provide opportunities that look like miracles.

(Think of every challenge aka problem you have on a key ring that unlocks the opportunity, are you in the way or trying the keys?)
Take inventory on your thoughts, your words and what processes are and are not working. Is it time to clear out some cobwebs?
You may be a capacity in negativity and old ways of thinking and bad habits. The key is to recognize it, and trash the things that don’t work for the blessings to flow.

Are you afraid of growth? Did you make an agreement with yourself in the negative that stunts your possibilities?
For example, I will never ____________________ and therefor you are now living in the belief system that you will never __________. Change that agreement to I am capable of and I will spend time doing ________ so that I will grow to accomplish ________.
What is your intention with the growth opportunities? Are you holding yourself back because of a false belief system?
