For 2024 you can change your life financially, physically, and mentally.
Let’s begin with a few ideas in each area that may support you with your plan of action:
PHYSICAL
1) Hit the Gym
Every aspect of your life changes when you hit the gym
Regardless of what you do in the gym, you should create a solid routine. If you don’t know how, hire someone, or look for free videos online that show you how to get started.
2) Get 8-10K steps per Day
It is great for weight loss, but like the gym it is great for every factor of your life.
A daily walk IN nature is where most of my best ideas and insight have come to light. It gives you time to break from the world and listen to God.
Start walking more….
3) Start Eating Cleaner
Combine the gym, walking 10K steps each day and a cleaner diet together and you will have a body transformation.
Clean eating means no processed foods.
Meat & complex carbs
No soy or seed oils or sugar
Healthy you= Healthy body and Mind
Healthy Body = Healthy Life
4) Take the CORRECT supplements.
Most everyone is deficient in one or more vitamins, minerals etc because our soil is depleted, and our food has been genetically modified.
Supplement with Magnesium, L-Theanine, Vitamin B6, Omega 3, D3+D2, Creatine, Boron, Zinc and a few more
But keep in mind if you are eating a clean healthy diet, you won’t need these.
5) Sleep 7-8-9 Hours Per Night
Not enough sleep will negatively impact anything you do in life.
Less muscle gain, less focus, imbalance hormones, less weight loss
Your daily life will be influenced negatively without enough sleep.
So sleep more..
6) Remove or Limit all sources of stress
Stress depletes every aspect of self and contributes to all DIS EASE
Sleep More, Argue Less and limit stress = Happy Life
7) Drink as much water as possible (clean water)
The brain and the heart are composed of 73% water, your body’s currency depends on the movement of water through your body.
Your lungs and skin need water to excrete and move everything through your body
MENTAL
1) Start Praying
Spending 5 minutes a day clearing your mind and opening your faith in God and be grateful can mean everything.
2) Read!
If you want to create then you have to consume information to put your brain to work for you.
Non-fiction in the morning
Fiction in the evening if you choose fiction.
3) Start Journaling
Start writing your thoughts down morning and night
If you have a lot on your mind, releasing it makes you feel so much better
And if you can do it with a calendar so you can track your process or have enough material to create and maybe even write a book one day about the things you have learned along the way.
FINANCIAL
1) Learn a High-Income Skill
Things Like: Web-Design, Copywriting, Facebook Ads, Closing Sales
The more you know…
2) Brand Yourself
If you have skills, you need to display them
Start a social media account and engage and post and sell your skills
3) Start Investing
Do your research, put your life to work.
Wealth management is a long-term game, finding a way to create assets that create wealth now and later through research supporting your life dreams and goals.
